By accessing and using InvoiceBlitz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceBlitz provides free online invoicing software for freelancers and small businesses. The Service allows users to create, manage, and download professional invoices as PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Free Service
InvoiceBlitz is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future. Any existing free features at the time of such changes will remain free for existing users. We will provide reasonable notice before any changes to pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into InvoiceBlitz, including business information, client data, and invoice content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
7. Invoice Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create. InvoiceBlitz is a tool to help you create invoices, but it does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by InvoiceBlitz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
