Find the Recurring section in your sidebar. Click "New Schedule" to create your first automated billing schedule.
Select your client and add line items
Choose the client you bill regularly. Add your services or retainer fee as line items — these will repeat on every generated invoice.
Set the billing frequency
Choose how often InvoiceBlitz should generate an invoice: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Set the start date and optional end date.
InvoiceBlitz generates invoices automatically
On the scheduled date, InvoiceBlitz creates the invoice automatically with the correct number, date, and line items. No action needed from you.
